What exactly is plant-based roof rejuvenation?
It’s a treatment — not a coating. We clean the roof, then apply SoyLei® APEX-1132, a soy-based fluid that absorbs into aging asphalt shingles and restores the flexibility they lose as they dry out with age and sun exposure.
How is this different from a spray-on roof coating?
Coatings sit on the surface and can peel, trap moisture or change how your roof sheds water. Rejuvenation penetrates into the shingle and works from within, so the roof keeps performing the way it was designed to.
How many years will it add to my roof?
